9:30a- get instruments at high school and load trailer
9:45a- step off for line-up
10a- start of parade (cemetery service following the parade on W Ave)
walk back to high school after cemetery service
load buses for Fulton
rehearse with 8th grade
12:15- start of Fulton parade
load buses 
1:30- back to VHS
